Return Policy

 
We have 30 days return policy (from shipping date).
 

First of all, we apologize if you have to make a return, your satisfaction is important to us. If you find incorrect items, defective items or damaged items, please contact us - (786) 475-8500 / info@demasled.us.

Please order small sample quantities of LEDs and LED Products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities.

When you receive your package, please check all items are delivered as order in good condition. After that, you must to test all goods to see if each item works perfectly.

 

WHAT CAN I RETURN? -  We accept full refunds for DEFECTIVE items. In the case of CANCELLATION/ , the request must be done within 30 DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE, limitations apply.

Products cut to size, like LED Strips, Driverless LED strips and cables etc, or products that have been configured specifically for a customer are non-returnable. We recommend you place a sample order of products that are cut to size, in order to asses if they will meet your expectations.

If you are returning products that were shipped with Free Shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost from the return amount.


       # DEFECTIVE ITEM: Our products have a 2-YEAR WARRANTY from date of purchase. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We make no other warranty which exceeds the foregoing warranty is hereby disclaimed. Please see Warranty Policy.

We require a picture or video showing the problem. It´s probable that you will need to return the failure items for inspection.

       # CANCELLATION: Can I Cancel my order? What happens when I do not want the product?

If you want to CANCEL your order and we are able to do so without incurring cost, we will do so without charging you. If the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and is subject to the returns policy.

The request must be do it within 30 DAYS FROM THE SHIPPING DATE.

We do not accept CANCELLATION/RETURNS for orders OVER $100. So, please order a small quantity of samples for testing before you place a large quantity order.

RETURNS: Customers pay for return shipping. Original shipping cannot be refunded. Restocking fee could be applied depending on the case.

If you do not want the order you have received, please kindly contact us - (786) 475-8500 / info@demasled.us- for approval whether they can be returned or not. Once approved, the order will be asked to be returned in original packing condition.


I received an Incorrect Item or Something is missing: Please, contact us within 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY. We will send you the correct or missing items as soon as possible. We are responsible for shipping.

RETURN PROCEDURE and CONDITIONS:

1. If you want to cancel or return your purchase, it must be post marked within 30 days from shipping date.

2. We only accept a FULL REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. If you do not want the product for any other reason (e.x. you do not know how to setup the product), please contact us +1(786) 651 0368 and we will help you so you can start enjoying your new purchase.

3. Always provide order number, description of item(s) to return, REASON for return and other information you may wish to disclose about the return.

4. Returned products must not have been used, in new and original condition, installed or modified in any way. They must be in their original cartons and shipped with sufficient packaging material to ensure they are resalable. All manuals, warranty cards and ancillary items must be in saleable condition.

5. RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY (15%-25% depending on the return condition) in case of CANCELLATION/RETURNS  AND  for any opened item. We reserve the right to refuse return if the return condition does not meet the requirement.

6. Customer should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the return package.

7. Please package the return item carefully as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur when you ship it back.
