RETURN POLICY: We have 30 days return policy (of the shipping date).
 
First of all, we apologies if you have to make a return, your satisfaction is important for us, If you find incorrect items, defective items or damaged items, please contact us - +1(786) 475-8500 / info@demasled.us.
Please order small sample quantities of LEDs and LED Products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities.
When you receive your package, please check all items are delivered as order in good condition. After that, you must to test all goods to see if each item works perfectly.
 
WHAT CAN I RETURN? -  We accept full refund for DEFECTIVE items. In the case of CANCELLATION/RETURNS, the request must be do it within 30 DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE, limitations apply.
 
Products cut to size, like LED Strips, Driverless LED strips and cables etc, or products that have been configured specifically for a customer are non-returnable. We recommend you place a sample order of products that are cut to size, in order to asses if they will meet you expectations.
If you are returning products that were shipped with Free Shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost from the return amount.

       # DEFECTIVE ITEM: Our products have a 2-YEAR WARRANTY from shipping date. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We make no other warranty which exceeds the foregoing warranty is hereby disclaimed. Please see Warranty Policy.

We require a picture or video showing the problem. It´s probably that you must to return the failure items for inspection.
     
      # CANCELLATION/RETURN: Can I Cancel/Return my order? What happens when I do not want the product?
 
If you want to CANCEL your order and we are able to do so without incurring cost, we will do so without charging you. If the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and is subject to the returns policy.
 
The request must be do it within 30 DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE.

We do not accept CANCELLATION/RETURNS for orders OVER $100. So, please order a small quantity of samples for testing before you place a large quantity order.
RETURNS: Customers pay for return shipping. Original shipping cannot be refunded. Restocking fee could be applied depending on the case.

If you do not want the order you have received, please kindly contact us - +1(786) 475 8500 / info@demasled.us- for approval whether they can be returned or not. Once approved, the order will be asked to be returned in original packing condition.

I received an Incorrect Item or Something is missing: Please, contact us within 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY. We will send you the correct or missing items as soon as possible. We are responsible for shipping.
 
RETURN PROCEDURE and CONDITIONS:
1. If you want to cancel or return your purchase, it must be post mark within 30 days from shipping date.
2. We only accept a FULL REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. If you do not want the product for any other reason (e.x. you do not know how to setup the product), please contact us (786) 475-8500 and we will help you so you can start enjoying your new purchase.
3. Always provide order number, description of item(s) to return, REASON to return and other information you may wish to disclose about the return.
4. Returned products must not have been used, in new and original condition, installed or modified in any way. They must be in their original cartons and shipped with sufficient packaging material to ensure they are resalable. All manuals, warranty cards and ancillary items must be in saleable condition.
5. RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY (15%-25% depending on the return condition) in case of CANCELLATION/RETURNS  AND  for any opened item. We reserve the right to refuse return if the return condition does not meet the requirement.
6. Customer should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the return package.
7. Please package the return item carefully as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur when you ship it back.  
 
 
WARRANTY POLICY: Our products have 2-Year Warranty from shipping date.
 
We warrant that the Products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Two (2) years from the date of shipment under normal use and operation unless otherwise stated in the product warranty. We make no other warranty which exceeds the foregoing warranty is hereby disclaimed.
 
Warranty is void when products are used in applications that they are not intended for.
 
DEMASLED reserves the right to inspect all defective Products (which must be returned by Buyer to DEMASLED office freight prepaid). No Products will be accepted for replacement or repair without prior written approval. DEMASLED shall have no obligation to make repairs or replacement necessitated by catastrophe, fault, negligence, misuse, abuse, or accident of Buyer or others. The warranty period of any repaired or replaced Product shall not be extended beyond its original term. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEMASLED BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WHETHER THE DEFECT IS WARRANTED AGAINST OR NOT AND WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED UPON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, NOR SHALL DEMASLED LED BE LIABLE TO BUYER FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
We will need a copy of the invoice, for warranty repairs or replacements.
 
Please call or email to notify us prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
 
PICTURES AND TECHNICAL DETAILS: Manufacturers may make changes to the appearance or performance of their products. We attempt to provide accurate pictures and technical details of products, but are not responsible for minor variations in appearance or performance. In some cases, we knowingly supply pictures of several colors of a product that may not include a color offered for sale because we do not have a picture of that color. The color and contrast of pictures varies by monitor and by printer.
 
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DEMASLED.COM/DEMASLED.US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST OR ANTICIPATED REVENUES OR PROFITS RELATING TO THE SAME), ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SALE AND USE, THIS SITE, THE CATALOG, PRODUCT(S) OR ORDER(S), WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF DEMASLED.COM/DEMASLED.US EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER OR PRODUCT OUT OF WHICH LIABILITY AROSE. The exclusion or restriction of implied warranties or liability for certain damages is not allowed in some jurisdictions, in which case some of the restrictions above may not apply to you.
 
SALES TAX: If your shipping address is in the U.S. but not Florida, we do not withhold sales tax. If your shipping address is in Florida, we are required to withhold sales tax unless you will resell the product AND have a valid Seller’s permit. In that case, please sent us a copy of the Resale Certificate. We cannot process your order until you do this. You only need to do this the first time you buy from us, and periodically thereafter if we request it.
If your shipping address is outside the U.S., you are responsible for paying any taxes due.

Jurisdiction and applicable law: This agreement is governed by current laws in Argentina. Any controversy in this agreement like interpretation, period of validity, fulfillment or existence will be submitted to arbitration of the Arbitration and Mediation Center – according to the current regulations of that court. The location for that arbitration will be in the city of Buenos Aires and the procedures will be taken in Spanish.
